There is a category of job that everybody knows needs doing and nobody does. Usually because it involves a ladder.
Solar panels. People are often surprised these need cleaning at all. In this valley they absolutely do — dust through summer, and whatever the trees drop the rest of the year. A dirty panel is a panel producing less than you paid for. It is not a hard job, it is just one most people are not going to climb up and do.
Gutters. This one has a cost attached to leaving it. Blocked gutters send water over the edge and down the wall, and that finds its way into fascia, siding and eventually somewhere you will care about. Cleaning them is cheap. What happens when you do not is not.
Windows. Not the inside — anyone can do the inside. It is the outside, and the ones over the sink or above the porch roof that nobody has reached in years. The difference in how much light gets into a room is genuinely surprising.
None of these are big jobs. They are just jobs that need somebody who does not mind the ladder.
Happy to do all three in one visit if that suits — it usually works out better than three separate ones.
