Baseboard, trim, and the small stuff that makes a room look finished

Spent the end of the month on baseboard and trim.

Baseboard looks like the simplest job in the house until you get to a corner. Walls are never square. Not in an old house, not in a new one either. So you can cut a perfect forty-five degree mitre and still end up with a gap you can see from the doorway.

The trick is that you cut to the wall you have got, not the wall you wish you had. Then you caulk the hairline and paint over it, and nobody ever knows.

Got a full hallway run done, coped the internal corners, caulked, and the room reads finished in a way it did not that morning. Same walls, same floor, same everything else.

That is most of what I do, honestly. Small things that were bothering somebody, done properly.

Anything on your list like that, text me a photo.
